At Kegland, we stand by the quality of our brewing and home hospitality equipment; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Kegland account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping carton.
Ship to Warehouse
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our central distribution center; we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value brewing systems.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
