Bella Sera Italian Pilsner All-grain Beer

The recipe is inspired by Italian pilsners with a light malt profile and clean flavors. Brewed with Eraclea malt from Northern Italy for good head stability and flavor, as well as a proportion of corn that gives an extra bright and light expression - typical of pilsners from the Mediterranean region.

The beer set is designed for 20L for fermentation.
In the recipe sheet that comes with it is possible to cut out a label ready made for the Bishop Tap Handle!

Style: Italian Pilsner
Alcohol content: approx. 5.1%. Expected OG: approx. 1,049. FG: approx. 1,010
IBU: approx. 31 – moderately bitter. Color: 7 EBC - straw yellow

Contains 4.4 kg of crushed malt:

Malt: Eraclea Pilsner, Flaked corn, Cara Clair
Hops: H. Magnum, Tettnang and Saaz
Yeast: Lalbrew NovaLager

Mash at 66°C for 60 minutes. Boil for 60 minutes. Add hops according to the instructions on the hop bags.
Ferment at approx. 17°C.

Add 7g sugar per liter of beer when bottling, and let it carbonate at 20-28°C for about 14 days before storing in a cool place.
